IceCream Sundae

Good morning!

Isn't this a fun icecream sundae? I love all those scoops of icecream in the dish - for this card, I decided to make my icecream be strawberry and chocolate with hot fudge topping... yummy!! I stamped the image in Memento ink on Ivory cardstock and colored everything in with Koh-i-noor pencils, OMS, and blending stumps.

After my entire card was finished, I coated the entire image with a thick layer of Crystal Lacquer - but made sure to leave it overnight to dry. Trust me - you want to do this with Crystal Lacquer... give it plenty of time to dry.

Here's the inside...

I wanted to show you a closeup view of the cherries. I colored the cherries in with Copics, took my Stardust glitter pen and colored over the red color and then took my Clear Sakura Glaze pen and colored the cherry.

Here's a closer look of the circular embellishment - I used 1" and 1 1/8" circle punches and the Marvy Scallop circle punch ...

Have a great rest of your day - I hope you'll get a chance to have something sweet today!
