Good morning!
Today, the designers from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps are joining together for a blog hop in celebration of two new stamp sets Korin has added to her online SNSS store! I made two cards for today and used both of the new stamp sets on them along with a couple of adorable animal stamp sets from SNSS. My first card uses the new Birthday Word Art and What's Up? stamp sets along with the little puppy image from Woof You.
I watercolored the puppy image with Distress markers on some textured white cardstock, not worrying too much about the blending since I was afraid of adding too much water and pilling the paper. Pretty cute little puppy with his red bandanna collar.

My second card uses the tiny little turtle image from the Mini Critters stamp set since I immediately thought of this little guy when I read the sentiment from Birthday Word Art. I added the arrow from What's Up in white PTI ink to keep it soft and subtle.

I had to smile at the cute puppy. From the expression on his face you can tell he's going to be skeptical. Loved the turtle too.

I'm really loving that "you're how old?" greeting. Both cards are great! The coloring on the puppy came out well, I think, and that turtle IS perfect for a belated birthday card. I just laughed when I saw that one!
