Christmas Gifts
Good morning!
I have a 'busy' Christmas card to share with you today that I made recently. It's not my normal style but sometimes that's ok to step out a bit, right? When I was looking at these present images from The Craft's Meow Christmas Cheer, I thought I would stamp them in a row in different colored inks and then tie some coordinating twine bows somewhere on the card to play off them. I have to admit that my execution isn't quite what I was envisioning, but that's the way it happens sometimes when we step out of our comfort zone a bit.
One thing I did like is having such a great variety of twine colors to choose from that match my inks. You know how much I love my twines from The Twinery! Here's the colors I used (which match the Stampin Up inks I used quite nicely I think): Marigold, Peapod, Denim, and Pink Sorbet.
Card Details
Stamps: Christmas Cheer (TCM)
Ink: SU
Card stock: PTI
Other: Twinery Twines; sewing machine; MFT banner die; buttons; rhinestones
Have a great Sunday! I hope your holiday preparations are coming along nicely and you are getting a chance to relax a bit!

It may not have turned out quite as you envisioned, but this is one very cheerful card. Love it.
