Welcome to day 1 of previews of new stamps that will be available this Friday at The Craft's Meow online store! Today we are previewing Mabelle R-O's adorable new stamp set called Valentine Wishes. I adore her cutesy images and just had to make a couple of cards to share with you today. I made my first card for my daughter who will be 12 this Friday... she likes lots of layers and embellishments so this card is a bit busy, but I know she's going to like it! lol! I paper pieced this little sweetie and colored her hair and skin and added some sparkle to the heart.
For some reason, my camera did not like the red background on my next card as I had the hardest time getting a clear, good photo of it - and looking at it even now on the screen, I can see that it STILL isn't a great photo.... grrrr... sorry about that!
This one has lots of October Afternoon paper scraps on it for all the paper piecing and is relatively clean and simple, allowing this little sweetie to take all the attention.
