Hi there!
The designers from The Craft's Meow are showcasing Nina Brackett's new Vintage Baby stamp set that will be available on July 21 along with all the other new stamp sets. Since my sister is about ready to pop with a new little baby girl any day, I went with a 'girly' theme with both of my cards today. It was such a fun stamp set to play with!
I stamped the tag baby carriage image on white paper and colored just a bit with Copics and added some Wild Orchid roses for some dimension. The sentiment is also from the set, which I stamped on scrap paper. The banners were all scraps that I cut to different lengths and sewed onto the vellum overlay that I embossed. Some canteloupe baker's twine finished it off.
My next card is all girly with minimal work! I'm sorry my first card is a bit blurry... you can see the details a bit better with the second photo. I stamped the large baby carriage image on some patterned paper from My Minds Eye and did a tiny bit of shading with a warm Copic marker in just a few spots.
Some stretchy gingham ribbon, sparkly baker's twine and a button finished off the focal point. Then, I embossed my vellum card overlay with a grid line impression plate and layered it over a pink card front. Super simple!
To see everyone else's cards and the links to their projects, please pop over to the TCM store blog and leave a comment there for your chance to win it for yourself!
Have an enjoyable day!
