TCM October Preview Day 1
Good morning!
Today, the designers from The Craft's Meow begin previews for October's new stamp release! The stamps we will be showing for the next three days will be available for purchase this Thursday, October 25th.
My first card shows off Nina Brackett's new stamp set called Christmas Angel. I didn't use the angel image on my card but a beautiful sentiment from the stamp set. I used a Sizzix snowflake die cut for my focal image and went monochromatic with my card - I am in love with this soft linen card stock right now.
Card Details
Stamps: Christmas Angel (TCM)
Ink: Versafine black
Card stock: PTI; textured white
Other: PTI impression plate; Sizzix snowflake die; wild orchid flower; sewing machine
My next card uses the new Hearth and Home illustrated by Elizabeta Kushner. When making holiday cards I try to make them as 'flat' as possible to help with mailing. Another important thing to me is to make it relatively CAS and quick to make, so I decided not to color the holly image and I like how it turned out! After stamping the image in green ink, I layered the sentiment over it with black ink.

Wonderful cards Jessica!
Beautiful, Jessica - love the lacy look of that snowflake, and the real lace on your 2nd card!
Great CAS cards! I especially love the second. Love that polka dot paper and the beautiful trim.
Great cards - I love the sentiment over the holly!
I think that's the prettiest snowflake ever!
Fab stamping on your second card too!
Hugs!
