While blog surfing this afternoon, I came across a post on the PaperCraft's Moxie Fab blog discussing silhouette stamps and was inspired to pull out my favorite The Craft's Meow Butterfly Kisses silhouette stamp set to create this card. I'm entering my card into the Stamp It! Cards Week Challenge post.
Have you seen or gotten the new magazine yet? It's one of their best magazines so far and that's not just because I'm in it! lol! I'm so excited that I have 2 cards published in the magazine! I really love it because of all the different designers and companies represented this time in the magazine - you'll find lots of inspiration and new companies to love, I'm sure! I know I did! *wink!*
Back to my card... I used Crate Paper's Emma's Shoppe papers - oh how I love their papers!
Stamps: Butterfly Kisses (The Craft's Meow)
Ink: Versafine black; PTI white; Distress green
Card stock: Crate Paper Emma's Shoppe
Other: Lace; Sewing machine; PTI ticket die; dauber; Spellbinder label 13; black twine from The Twinery; martha Stewart butterfly punch; SU clip; rhinestones
I was tickled to see how well the sentiment from the Butterfly Kisses stamp set fit so well in the PaperTrey Ink ticket die ...
Have a wonderful holiday weekend! The kids are excited to see the fireworks tonight and I'm glad to have a couple of days off this week, for a long holiday weekend! lol!
