The Craft's Meow is sponsoring the Lily Pad Cards blog this month and I have a card to share today using this month's challenge: Embossing. I created a card kit using this gorgeous stamp set, so I know how much fun it is to play with!
I stamped this adorable bold silhouette image from Butterfly Kisses and the butterflies from Fly Free in black Versafine ink and embossed with detail clear embossing powder and then then with a couple of Distress inks, I sponged the grass and blue skies for a simple background scene. Embossing the ink helped the image to remain crisp and clean, since I was able to wipe off the excess ink from the embossed image.
