Happy Mother's Day CP113

I have a card to share today that I made with a variety of Layers of Color stamps in honor of Laura sponsoring this week's Card Patterns sketch.  Here's the fabulous sketch designed by Nina Brackett:

I had to leave off the two embellishments on the bottom of the fishtail banner because I decided to use one of LOC's Spellbinder frames.  Here's the links to the LOC products I used on today's card:

Card Details
Stamps: Happy Wishes, Embroidered Butterfly, Rose Blossom
Ink: Distress Antique Linen; Black Memento
Card stock: Copic Xpress it blending; Echo Park For the Record
Other: Sewing machine; Spellbinder label 16 & Banner dies; Copics; dauber; SU satin ribbon; PTI baker's twine

I stamped the Rose Blossom frame on the paper in SU's Poppy Parade red ink and then cut it out with the Label 16 die and my Grand Calibur.  Then, I sponged the edges with some Antique Linen ink to help it match the papers a bit better.  The flowers were colored with R14 & R17 and the leaves with G24 & G29.  For the butterfly, I used E15, E19, Y11, Y19, YR15, R14, R17.

Here's the inside view (the sentiment is from PaperTrey's Inside & Out Thanks sentiment set) -

Thanks for checking in on me today!  Hop over to the Card Patterns blog when you get the chance to see everyone else's amazing cards they've made with Nina's sketch - I KNOW you'll be as inspired as I was!
