Today, the designers from 7Kids College Fund have a new two week challenge for you! This time it's all about the color pink and flowers - perfect for spring, right? So, I pulled out my DCWV Spring mini mat stack glitter papers and got to work with this adorable Sara Kay Rosalie's Bicycle image from Stampavie. I stamped the image in black Versafine ink on Copic's Xpress it card stock and embossed it with detail clear embossing powder. I like to do that for fine detailed stamps like this one because the embossed lines help my Copic marker tips stay in the lines a bit better.
After I finished coloring in the image, I die cut lots of daisy flowers from some glitter paper in the DCWV paper pack and popped them up all around the focal image.
Stamps: Rosalie's Bicycle (Stampavie)
Card stock: Copic Xpress it; DCWV spring mat stack
Other: corner rounders; SU tafetta ribbon; detail clear embossing powder; copic markers; Making Memories button brads; MFT flower & leaf and button (inside) dies; button; thread
and the inside view with some more pink flowers...
Be sure to check out this week's challenge information and samples on the 7Kids College Fund Challenge blog - we'd love to have you play along with us!
Have a wonderful day!
