MTSC99: Merry Crittermas

Hello!

I have been spending most of my free time this weekend in my stamping room - YAY!  I haven't had the opportunity to do that for AGES and it's been a very productive weekend for me!  I've been working on a couple of new card kits and thought I'd share one of the projects with you tonight.  While looking online for some inspiration yesterday, I came across Mercy's sketch challenge for this week and decided to make time to play along with it for the first time.

I'm thrilled to have the freedom to check out all the challenge blogs available for us crafters - it's been a lot of fun checking out new sites from several of my online friends.  If you are in the need for inspiration yourself, check out my sidebar as I've added several challenge blog links there for an easy reference tool for myself and you!

I altered Mercy's sketch a bit to make it into a square 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" card for this cute little snow bunny...

Card Details
Stamps: Merry Crittermas (SU)
Ink: Memento
Card stock: GinaK black and white; PTI white; SU retired holiday papers and baja breeze
Other: Sewing machine; spellbinder circle plain and scallop dies; copic markers; snowflake cuttlebug embossing folder; SU button and satin ribbon; 1/4" scor-tape; EK Success heart border punch

and the inside which I left sentiment-less so it could be used for any winter occasion...

Thanks for the inspiration, Mercy!  And, thank YOU for checking in on my blog!
Jessica

Your card is so cute. I love the stamp but what really caught my eye was the ribbon. It's so pretty folded up like that. All of the dry embossing and stitching also makes this card perfectly wonderful.

Super card Jessica. Love everything about it especially the way you managed to replicate the colours in the stripe in the little guy's clothing.
