Preview Day 4: Heartily Yours & Love Notes

Good evening!

It's our final day of previews before the Release Party tomorrow night when all the new products are added the GinaK's store! We have been BUSY this week in the store getting the orders out from the Holiday Sale and then getting everything ready for the Release... it's been NUTS! lol!

My first card is made with Nina Brackett's ADORABLE Heartily Yours stamp set - oh, how I LOVE this set! It has a ton of images that are perfect for Valentine's Day or any occasion, really! She also has a sentiment add-on set called Heartily Yours Additions that is a must have.

I made this card for Brad (my car guy) for Valentine's Day - he has already seen it (and helped me with how to color the flames on this hot rod "Barbie Car" lol!)

Does anyone else have a daughter who has a Barbie Volkswagon card in their house? Whenever we see a Bug, Ashley would always comment on the big "barbie car" - so naturally, that's what we think of whenever we see one now!

I embossed the images in Black versafine ink with clear embossing powder and then colored everything with Copics.

and the inside - how cute is this bee and sentiment?

My last two cards are made with GinaK's new Free with Three stamp set called Love Notes. For my first card, I paired it with Tami Mayberry's Happy Hearts - see how perfectly these two sets work together!?

I used October Afternoon's Farm Fresh papers along with EK Success' Plain Heart and Scallop heart punches to create this quick and 'vintage-y' card.

and the inside - I covered both sides of the inside of the card to hide the brad prongs, by the way... (in case you were wondering why I sometimes have cardstock on both sides of the card)

My last card tonight pairs Gina's Love Notes with Rupa Shevde's Back to School globe image - when I read the sentiment, I thought immediately of her globe ... it's perfect together, don't you think?

I stamped and embossed the globe image and then stamped the globe a second time to pop it up for some added dimension. Something so quick and simple - yet makes a big statement on such a simple card, don't you think?

and the inside...

Love your cards! When I saw your hot rod I immediately thought, That's it! That's how it should be colored... no wonder my car hasn't made it onto a card yet... I need a car consultant too, to get that "barbie" look. LOL! Your globe is perfect for the sentiment. Beautiful card!
