Back To School Backpack

Well, tomorrow is the big day for my kids! Ashley starts 3rd grade and Isaiah will be in 7th grade. We went to school yesterday for Isaiah's soccer practice and were able to spend some time visiting with the teachers while they were preparing the classrooms.

Ashley was thrilled to meet her new teacher - she promptly came home and already made her 3 cards/love notes to give her on the first day of school! I LOVE that about her... heehee...

Ashley has had her backpack ready for weeks now, so this card is for her. I know she is going to love school this year - just as she has every year! She has been anxiously waiting for school to start up again - unlike her brother who lives for Summer vacation! lol!

I didn't take a photo of the inside of this card, since it's super simple. The paper I used that coordinates perfectly with Rupa's Back to School stamp set (which I LOVE!!) is from DCWV and is their small (4 x 6.5) School collection.

I bought mine at Joanne's - they have it available there in 3 different sizes, I believe. The small size that I bought which is perfect for cards, as well as the 8x8 pack & 12x12 pack (which I also have, because I NEED it... lol!)
