I am sharing a couple of cards today that are very similar. I wanted to make some Daisy cards using up my Brilliant Blue paper scraps from last week as well as my new Sizzix Daisy Die.
To make the flowers a little more special, I cut them out of watercolor paper and painted ArtQuest's pearl white and light blue watercolors over them. They are really shimmery in person, but I'm not sure that the camera picked that up very well.
Because I am adding these to my Etsy shop, I went all out and decorated the entire inside of these cards...
For each of these cards, I used Notes to Mom and the Eclectic Summer Sayings sentiments for the insides of the cards. The outside "for you" is from Notes to mom as well.
Here's the second card I'm sharing today...
and a closeup shot to see if you can catch the shimmer on the flowers...
and, finally the inside view..
and, finally the inside view..
I have a couple more daisy cards to share tomorrow. If you are interested in purchasing these cards, check out my Etsy shop for more details.
Have a great rest of your day!
Jessica

Wow! I love your layout with the sweet white daisys! The blue is such an awesome contrast! (Now I'm muttering about the Sizzix die I passed up at the GASC!) hahaha
Love, love, love the daisies, layouts and all of the layering. Thank you so much for sharing
