Hi there!
I'm back with the designers from The Craft's Meow with a couple of cards for our theme of the day: masculine. Don't forget TCM is having a sale going on right now until the 21st - check out all the details here.
Both cards from me today were made using Nina's Vintage Clocks stamp set. Such a fun stamp set for masculine cards, I think! I went CAS with both of them, with minimal layers and embellishments since I'm not sure all our 'fancy' embellishments are fully appreciated by our guys.
On this card, I used The Twinery's platinum shimmer twine - it matched this soft stone patterned paper very well and added just a bit of sparkle. The black pearls on both cards are from Want2Scrap.
My next card is all in blues. I rarely stamp my sentiments directly on patterned paper like this and I'm not sure it really works as well as I think it should. I usually like the sentiments to pop a bit more, but I was going for a 'flat' card... Next time, I'll stamp it and emboss the sentiment to help it stand out just a bit more.
The blue shimmer twine is so pretty and sparkly against this blueberry sky papers from PaperTrey ink. Love all the new shimmer twines from The Twinery - have you seen them yet?
Have a great day!
Jessica

I love both cards! They are beautiful!
Both cards are stunning. Love the black and white...so clean. Also love the doily on the blue card. Thanks for sharing.
These images are so beautiful they look so striking even in black and white, great cards!
like how you used the little arrow on the first and the blues on the 2nd.
My favorite is the first card, Jessica! Outstanding.
Wow! Love these cards! Blue is such a pretty color!
Wonderful cards. I really like the black stamping on the soft colored PP.
Great cards made with these wonderful clocks.
Msasculine cards are the hardest to make for me, I love those clocks and your color choice. TFS
Great cards Jessica - love the blue card in particular, but you are right, the sentiment does get a bit lost on the patterned paper.
Blessings
