Good morning!
Today, I'm joining with the designers from The Craft's Meow for the next few days in a unique April release blog 'celebration' event. Rather than having a normal release this month, we have one new stamp set that will be our new free with $50 purchase but no other new stamps. Instead, Lisa is having a 21% sale going on from today until the 21st.
All the details can be found on the TCM store blog.
So, in lieu of new stamps to preview, we were challenged to make some cards to share with you the next several days with a theme for each day, using whatever TCM stamps we wanted to use. Fun, right?
Today's theme is to make a "Card for a child."
My first card is so fun to me - all in a bright 'spring-y' green. I colored this sweet cotton candy image from Life is a Carnival just a bit with Copics, assembled the card and then added some pink, orange, and diamond stickles for added sparkle and bling and set aside to dry.
I think you can see The Twinery's Honeydew twine is a perfect match to this bright yellow green on PaperTrey Ink's Limeade paper.
My second card is a 'punny' one that I made using a K&Co. baby boy patterned paper tag with this little snail and a sentiment from Vintage Rides. I stamped the tiny heart trio from Love Dwells Here and finished off the snail with some diamond stickles for added bling.
The Twinery's beautiful Rainbow Teal sparkle twine worked really well with the blues in the papers and the snail. The pearl bling is from Want2Scrap - part of a label bling design that I cut apart.
Now, hop over to The Craft's Meow store blog to see everyone else's projects for today and leave a comment there to be entered to win a $15 gift certificate!
Have a great rest of your day!

Love these cards, but Jessica, they aren't JUST for a child. I would love them if I received one. So I guess that would make them multi-generational. :D
