The Twinery's Green Chevron Challenge

Hi there!

Today I have a post filled with photos for the new Twinery challenge that was just posted with the theme of Chevron & Green!
We'd love to have you play along with us - you can find all the details for this new challenge right HERE.

In honor of St. Patrick's day just around the corner, I thought I'd go with the obvious and make a shamrock with some heart dies and honeydew twine!  My first card uses tiny heart die cuts while the card below uses a bit larger die cuts that I popped up a bit for more dimension.

You may also notice a new twine on my card above - it's called Natural and is already one of my favorites!  We have 10 new twine colors to be released this month - more information on that soon!

I took some photos along the way for this card to show you the assembly.  The photos are pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment and ask!

(added to the center of the shamrock with a tiny glue dot)

(swirl the twine around on a regular sized glue dot)

(when the glue dries, the white you see now will disappear)

and, my first card to show you the size difference... On this shamrock, I didn't pop up the hearts since they were so small.  I think I like them better when they have a bit of dimension.

Thanks for checking in on me today!

Have a enjoyable rest of your day!
Jessica

(Stamps are from PaperTrey Ink - Mat Stack 3  and Mat Stack 4 die & stamp set; Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps: Grunge Borders (Chevron) and heart dies;  The Craft's Meow: Butterfly Kisses (Make a Wish sentiment)
