SNSS: Head in the Clouds

Good morning!

Today, the designers from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps are featuring the new Head in the Clouds stamp set and the coordinating Clouds and Raindrops die collection.

  • Stamp set includes 4 images
  • Set measures approximately 4" 4"
  • The striped cloud image measures approximately 2 1/2" x 1 1/4"
  • Designed by Korin Sutherland
  • Stamp set is $11

My first card uses three different cloud dies with their coordinating stamps.  I tried to make my own ribbon with some Copic markers, but didn't like how hard it was to get the colors in a straight line... lol!  Oh, well - I guess it adds to the whimsy of the card! ;)

Love this sentiment - I've been talking about this fact to the kids at school quite a bit this spring since we've had so many rainy days lately!  I'm thankful that it looks like this week is going to be filled with lots of sunshine.

I love the soft colors and patterns on my second card.  I wrapped some solid natural twine around the card since I didn't want to pull away from the greens and blues.

To see the other SNSS designers' cards using the Head in the Clouds stamps and dies, please check out the photos below.  Click on them and they will take you directly to the post so you can leave a comment there for your chance to win the stamp set for yourself!

Happy Hopping!
Jessica

Both cards are lovely. (As usual.) Love the stitching in the first card. I thought your ribbon looked fine. I wouldn't have noticed any variation in the line if you had not pointed it out, lol.

Well done.

I love both of your cards - very cheerful and pretty colors of blues. I love the way you did your grass --- and that sun, is that a die cut as well? It goes so well with the clouds.

I always love the little extra details you include on your cards, Jessica...like the stitching, distressed edges, and coloring your ribbon to match the card! Both cards have fabulous designs as usual! Hugs!

I think both cards are beautiful. The colors are so pretty. Reminds me of a plesant drive through the farm land in Eastern Washington, or Oklahoma with the softly rolling hills all planted with different crops. Thank you for sharing.

Jessica, how smart of you to include the vertical green-yellow stripe to visually spread sunny yellow among the clouds and across the thought of this calming bluetones card of encouragement. We all need this kind of message to share in snail mail! Keep Looking UP! mt23stamperatyaho
