SSNS: Special Blend

Good morning!

Today starts the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps March release blog hop. For the next four days, the designers will be joining together to focus on one new stamp set for each day!  The entire release is available for purchase right HERE.

Today, we are showcasing our newest illustrator, Diane Zechman's new stamp set called Special Blend.  It's a huge set filled with fun coffee and tea images and sentiments - perfect for so many of us and our friends!

On my first card, I paper pieced the stack of cups and added just a touch of Copic coloring for shading.

My next card has lots of texture with the embossing and shading.  It was a bit silly to add both the coffee beans and the bird with the tea bag... but, that cute little bird was the perfect embellishment.

\

All the other designers' projects are in the photos below.  Click on each photo to be taken directly to the designer's blog for more information.

Here's a full view of this HUGE stamp set!

I love how Korin always does a bundle with each release too - it's a great way to buy the whole release with some great savings!

Happy Hopping and Shopping!
Jessica

Both cards are so pretty and I don't think it's silly at all using coffee beans and the bird with the tea bag on the second card - it just makes the card perfect for both a coffee drinker and a tea drinker! :)

Fabulous samples as always, Jessica! I never would have thought to use the beans as the focus of the card, but I really love how it turned out! Love the paper piecing on the first card, too!

Wow, fantastic cards. I love them both. And that little birdie is cute. He could be carrying a bag of coffee beans and there are little coffee bags that look like tea bags. I just love this whole set of stamps and sentiments.
