Hi there!
Sorry I've been so quiet here on my blog this week - we just got back from vacation and are beginning to settle into our new summer routine all the while I've been consumed with deep cleaning my house (especially my kitchen!). Funny how working full time outside the home can really cramp the cleaning/organizing that is much needed in our homes, isn't it? I'm blessed to have a lighter workload this summer, so I'm excited to get some much needed things done around the house. I'll be able to spend lots of time with my kids, do some teaching/tutoring on a part time basis as well as work to get prepared for school next year - along with spending more time in my craft room! I'm so thankful.
I thought I'd pop in tonight to share this card that I made a few weeks back with PaperTrey Ink's gorgeous Larkspurs year of flower stamp set. I went rather simple with this card - part of why I bought a few of PTI's year of flower stamp sets was to be able to make quick sympathy cards just like this one.

Before you go, here's a few of our vacation photos I thought I'd share with you. We took a road trip (over 2100 miles in our van together over a week!) to Mt. Rushmore and had the best time! The weather was gorgeous, scenery beautiful, and companionship/memories priceless!
