The Twinery/DeNami Design blog hop event!

Good morning!

It's time for another co-sponsorship between two fabulous companies -

I had so much fun playing with this adorable butterfly stamp set called Fancy Flutters from DeNami Design.  I was also sent the Thinking of You sentiment stamp set to use for my projects and love the sweet font of the script words.  And, you know it's hard to create a project without my beloved Twinery Twines!

Bag Details
Stamps: Fancy Flutters and Thinking of  You (DeNami Designs)
Ink: Versafine; Colorbox
Card stock: Unknown patterned paper; PTI white
Other: PTI bag and tag die; Flax and Honeydew twine; button; lace and tinsel ribbon; Colored pencils, odorless mineral spirits, blending stumps; lunch bag

I stamped the butterflies on white card stock and used colored pencils, blending stumps, and odorless mineral spirits for the shading.  After the shading was complete, I went in again with a brown colored pencil and added some darker coloring which I left without any extra blending for some contrast.  I used these twines on my gift bag:

Card Details
Stamps: Fancy Flutters (DeNami Designs)
Ink: Versafine
Card stock: PTI patterned, white and black
Other: Colored pencils, odorless mineral spirits, blending stumps; lace ribbon; PTI 3 square die; MFT border die; Pink Sorbet twinery twine

Once again, I stamped the butterflies in black ink and colored them in with colored pencils, odorless minearl spirits and blending stumps.  They were layered over the window die cut.  I used some bright Pink Sorbet twine on the ruffled ribbon.

Now, it's your turn to win some twine and stamp sets to play with!  In order to have your name entered to win this amazing prize, please leave a comment on each participating designer's blog post in today's hop.  If you have been following along on the hop, you should have arrived here from Michelle's blog.  If not, please start at the beginning - The Twinery blog so you don't miss a single stop of inspiration!

Next on the hop is Pauline!  The deadline for today's blog hop prize is Saturday, May 12 at 11:59pm EST.  The winners will be announced on The Twinery blog on Sunday, May 13.

I hope you enjoy the hop and get lots of ideas and inspiration - and maybe even some new toys to play with!
