Good morning!
My card today uses Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Rhubarb's Birthday Wish stamp set. Korin's Rhubarb line is one of my favorites - everyone likes teddy bears, right? My daughter must have nearly a 100 of them herself.. lol!
After coloring Rhubarb with Copics, I added a layer of Crystal lacquer to the balloons as well as his red heart nose -

Other: EK success oval punch; Quikutz bracket die; Wild Orchid rose; SU ribbon; scrap twill; Copics; Crystal Lacquer; Corner Rounder

Rhubarb is just so sweet and he look fabulous here, Jessica. Love the soft contrast of the ribbon, rose and bow.
