I have a card to share with you today that I made with a new, soon to be released stamp set illustrated by Nina Brackett for Layers of Color. It's called Fairy Wishes and will be available for purchase on November 16.
I stamped the large image in white ink and embossed it with white embossing powder on the patterned paper and then stitched the panel to my card front. The butterfly is another image in the stamp set and layers very nicely over the butterfly in the large image, I think!

Ink: PaperTrey Ink white; Versafine black
Card stock: Mirabelle mat stack by The Paper Studio; DCWV textured
Other: Sewing machine; copic markers; flowers from Wild orchid; Spellbinder Fleur de lis motifs die

So pretty Jessica. I did one similar with clear embossing and Tim Holtz distress ink. Neat that I was thinking like you :)))) Pray you have a wonderful day in the classroom tomorrow!!!
Wow Jessica - this is perfection - I wish I had made this card! LOL! I love the white embossing, it is perfect and gives such a great background for that divine butterfly - beautiful colouring! LOVE LOVE LOVE this! {{{hugs}}}
