Joy and Peace
***If you are looking for my SNSS & The Twinery blog post please scroll done to the next post! Thank you!****
Good morning!
My card today is a bright and rather 'non-traditional' Christmas card, don't you think? Layers of Color is sponsoring the Play Date Cafe's color challenge for this week. Here were the colors we were asked to use on our cards
I decided to use My Mind's Eye Lime Twist Happy Go Lucky patterned papers along with Layers of Color Christmas Blessings stamp set to create this bright card. It was rather quick to make as you can see I decided to paper piece the label image rather than coloring it.
Card Details
Stamps: Christmas Blessings (LOC)
Ink: Versafine black; Versamark; Distress Milled lavendar
Card stock: MME Happy Go Lucky
Other: SU ribbon; sateen flowers; pearls; silver embossing powder; Spellbinder label 18; sewing machine
We'd love to have you check out the challenge and play along this week as you have a chance to win some beautiful Layers of Color stamp sets! Check out the LOC and Play Date blogs for more information and on how to enter your card into the challenge!
Have a great Friday! I'm taking my class to a pumpkin patch today - so keep your fingers crossed and prayers for us for good weather and a fun time for all!

Such a pretty design and lovely yellow accent with the flowers/ribbon.
Love this beautiful non-traditional coloured Christmas card. So cheery, for a cheery time of year. Thanks for sharing in this wonderful blog hop.
This may be non-traditional, but it is beautiful! The person who is the recipient is going to absolutely love what you did for them! I am coming through for the blog hop, but I had to stop and tell you how gorgeous this card is!
I just love how you've used stronger colours for our colour palette, they work so well! I love your stitching, it's so fab! So glad you played along with us at The Play Date Cafe this week!
