Preview Day 4: Birds and Labels!

Welcome back!

Tonight is the last night of previews for us at GinaK Designs!  We've spent the last four days showing off 8 new stamp sets that will be available for purchase tomorrow night after the release party on StampTV at 10 pm central.  For all our customers in the Madison area, the new products will be available in the retail store on Friday.

So, let's get going with my previews and one last card kit!

Labeled with Love illustrated by GinaK

Each month Gina has a free stamp set that is only available when you purchase 3 stamp sets.  It's called the 'free with three' set and isn't available for purchase until the next release.  This month's Labeled with Love stamp set coordinates beautifully with Labels 16 as well as the petite ovals (with the oval shape in the middle of the label).  I paired it with the adorable Funny Farm stamp set, just because I had to! lol!  I am in love with these cutesy images and thought they added some character to this card that I think I'm going to give to my husband.  Think he'll mind the pinks, scallops, and big bow?  lol!

Card Details
Stamps: Labeled with Love; Funny Farm (GKD)
Ink: Memento; SU colored
Cardstock: GinaK black, ivory, innocent pink; DCWV Spring stack
Other: Copic markers; Labels 16 and petite oval dies; EK Success border punch; stickles; ribbon; buttons; corner rounder

Winter Wings illustrated by Asela Hopkins

Asela has out-done herself with another beautiful stamp set!  The new Winter Wings has two beautiful bird images along with elegant sayings that I really enjoyed designing with for the previews.  I can't wait to see her color her birds - she is a Copic goddess, you know!  I tried to color the bluejay image to be like one of the cardinals we have in our back yard, but don't know how realistic it really is.  That's part of why I like to color, I can 'design' my own animals, birds, flowers, etc.  *wink*

Card Details
Stamps: Winter Wings (GKD)
Ink: Distress; Versafine black
Cardstock: Chocolate brown, lipstick red, ivory
Other: Quickutz embossing folders; spellbinder long scallop rectangle and labels 13 dies; SU satin ribbon; dauber; pearls; copic markers; clear detail embossing powder

My last new card kit for this month is one made with the simply adorable Happy Haunting stamp set.  It's an older stamp set that I just love - who can resist these cute images for Halloween cards?!  I'll share each of the cards individually on my blog next week, but until then, I thought I'd share a favorite one of mine so you can see at least one of them in a bit more detail.

Gorgeous cards Jessica! I know my boyfriend loves when I give him girly cards some times. He said it reminds him of my feminine side and that means a lot to him. I am sure your husband will love that card. I am so excited about the release party tonight.
