It's time for another GinaK CenterStage Spotlight Team Blog Hop!
Each participating artist was asked to design their project by drawing inspiration from these photos of the AMAZING Christmas Cookie Bouquet the CSS Team sent to me this Christmas:
Here's my first card tonight - this one was inspired by the Delivery Guy who surprised me at work with the GORGEOUS cookie bouquet (wouldn't that be a FUN job!?) -
I was super surprised when the basket of yummy-ness was delivered to ME - I thought for sure it was for Gina! As you can imagine, I had a hard time not smiling for the rest of the day as I was so touched by the CSS team's thoughtfulness.So, I pulled out three of our new stamp sets and made this card with those fun memories going through my mind. I used Heartily Yours, Love Notes, and Happy Hearts to make this fun Valentines Day card for the entire CSS team - sorry girls, it has to be a 'virtual' one because I don't have time to make almost 40 of these! lol! (I'm still working on my Christmas cards! yikes!!)
and the inside -
My next card's inspiration came from the sweet note that was attached to the bouquet and the warm fuzzy thoughts I felt when I read it...
I pulled out Sung from the Heart and Happy Hearts for this card - I am just LOVING our new stamp sets this month, aren't you? On both projects tonight I used Basic Grey's Eskimo Kisses papers and buttons which worked really well with Gina's new Lipstick Red and Innocent Pink cardstock colors and inks. I also used both the Plain & Scallop Heart Nestability Dies along with EK Success Medium punch and Large Scallop Heart punch.and the inside -

These are super cute! I love that the inspiration with the car was from the delivery person. Your composition on both cards is amazing and I really like how you do the insides as well.
