Happy St. Patrick's Day

Good morning!

Although there isn't any Irish blood running through my veins, I had a chance this weekend to play with the super adorable Spring Holiday's stamp set from GinaK Designs and decided to make an all green card for St. Patrick's Day today! My son LOVES the color green, so he'll be decked out in his favorite color for sure today at school. When I made this card, I told him it was just for him because it was covered in green!

Here's a close up view of the main image...

I stamped the clovers from the flower pot along the bottom of this Nestability scallop tag die in Black memento ink and colored with Copic markers. Then, after coloring the full image and cutting it out I popped it up over the bed of clovers. To add some sparkle, I used my Quickie Glue pen with Doodlebug's green glitter over each of the clovers.

Here's a photo of all the copic markers that I used to color the images on this card ...

The little butterflies are from a TAC (The Angel Company) stamp set that I bought recently - aren't they cute? I added some green glitter to the flowers on their wings. The large pearl brads were actually ivory so I used the medium green copic marker to color them green to match the paper.
The patterned papers are all from Basic Grey's Urban Prairie line and the ribbon is a retired SU fiber. The border punch is a Martha Stewart one.

Happy St. Patrick's Day - hope nobody gets a pinch for not wearing green today! lol!

Fantastic Jess, and Happy St. Patty's Day to you too. This has always been my favorite St. Patty's Day image by Gina...what fun, and I love how you've created a sprinkling of shamrocks all around. Awesome job.
