Easy Gift Card Sets

Hi!

I have a quick post today sharing some quick and easy Cuttlebug Cards. I love to make card sets like these ones for new moms. I usually make up 12 - 15 thank you cards as part of my gift to the new mom. Since finding the Cuttlebug, these projects go quicker than ever!

I have always loved the look of dry embossing, but don't like the time it takes to do it by hand - so when I saw the Cuttlebug embossing folders... I was sold! They keep on coming out with more and more new designs which I love.

Today we received 9 of the new Embossing folders in Gina's store in McFarland. It was a great morning to work, don't you think? As I was stocking and pricing them, I got to take the first ones!! heehee...

Here's what she's got in stock: Houndstooth, Leafy Branch, Bird Call, Argyle, Floral Screen, Forest Branches, Just my Type, Border with Love, Border Frills. She also has several of the older ones in stock like Swiss Dots, Perfect Paisley, Birds and Swirls, and Floral Fantasy if you are still looking for them!

Did you hear the big Stampin Up news? Stampin Up has partnered with Sizzix and will be selling the Big Shot Cutting System and several exclusive Stampin Up dies beginning in September. I'm so excited about this addition - I hope they come up with some embossing folders too! Here the informational flyer that I downloaded from the SU demo website that shows what will be offered in September.

Thanks for stopping by! I'm on my way down to my craft room to go play with my new embossing folders!

Have a great day - and keep cool! Whew... it's a hot one today!!

Very nice. The ribbon looks so pretty, like flower petals. Thanks for sharing the info on SU's new dies. I've been wondering all day what kind of shapes they would have.

So pretty - love the splash of color you gave the white card with the red and the other is just as sweet with the embossed pea in a pod baby.
