Lisa asked us to create a project to share on our blogs with one of the new stamp sets that are available TODAY!! I couldn't make just one card so I have 2 cards to share with you. My first card uses the new Celebrating You stamp set (sentiment) and Little Freida at the Seashore released a few weeks ago.

Card stock: MME Gertie dp; Copic Xpress it
Other: Sewing machine; Spellbinder label 16; SU ribbons; corner rounder
I love paper piecing Little Freida and pulled out Little Freida's daisy stamp set for my next card paired with the new Timeless Tags stamp set.
I went a bit crazy with some of my new twine that I purchased a little while ago. I've been slowly purchasing the rolls and hope to have all the colors soon. LOVE that stuff! It's a great alternative to bulky ribbon and sometimes is easier to tie into a bow.

ReplyDeleteI love the small attention to detail with these cards...like the birdie and the bow, subtle sponging on the Nesite. To a novice...I get so many ideas. So luvin' the co-ordinated sentiment and cut out. The paper piercing in the 2nd card is magic.
