Good morning!
Today is the second day of the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps June release feature hops! Over the new four days, we'll be sharing projects that we've made with the new stamps that are available now for purchase!
Here's the stamp set we are featuring today:
My first card was made with my mom in mind. In fact, this is one that I'm saving to give to her for her birthday next month. She loves yellows and I think turquoise is so pretty paired with it. I stamped the daisy on yellow patterned paper and then colored the background and center with some Copics.
My second card was made with shades of blues and purples - good sympathy colors, I think. Just like my first card, the background was made with embossing a vellum overlay cut to the size of the card front and then layered over a coordinating piece of card stock. I love the elegance of this look.
Once again, I stamped the image on patterned paper and used a few Copics to add some shading - such a quick and easy way to 'color' these large images with minimal effort. And, I love the added patterns from the papers.
This is the second set in our Flower Blocks series. These bold and beautiful blooms make the perfect focal image and can be easily paper-pieced or colored.
- Stamp set includes 4 images and 4 sentiments
- Set measures approximately 6" x 8"
- The images measure approximately 2 5/8" x 2 5/8"
- Designed by Korin Sutherland
- Stamp set is $26
