Earth has no sorrow...

Hi there!

Tonight, all the Paper Pretties girls are gathering together to do a special combination new release/ Wednesday challenge blog hop!  We were asked to use one of the new stamp sets being released this month for this week's Wednesday challenge: use ribbon on your card.  If you've arrived from Jennifer's blog tonight, you're right on track.  However, if you just popped in and would like to see the rest of the designers projects, please stop by the Paper Pretties blog for the list of all the designer's links - I know you're not going to want to miss out on any of their fabulous cards!

I choose to use the new Sympathy stamp set and paired it with this beautiful patterned paper from Webster's Pages along with some seam binding ribbon for my card.  I went relatively simple with my card, letting the paper and sentiment take center stage...

Card Details
Stamps: Sympathy (Paper Pretties)
Ink: Versafine Black
Card stock: SU solid; Websters pages; SU dp (inside)
Other: detail clear embossing powder; Martha Stewart border punch; seam binding ribbon; buttons; corner rounder; sewing machine; MFT cloud punches

and the inside view...

Next up on the blog hop is Kristine!  Remember, if you get lost at all along the way on the hop, you can always check into the Paper Pretties' blog for all the links.  You will also want to be sure to add your card to the company blog to be entered for this week's Wednesday challenge - there's a great prize up for the randomly chosen winner!

All the new stamp sets that we've been previewing this week will be available Wednesday morning (3/9) at 7am EST right HERE in the Paper Pretties Boutique.

Happy Hopping!
Jessica
